SECTION 22 IPC - Indian Penal Code - "Movable property"
According to section 22 of Indian penal code, The words ?movable property? are intended to include corporeal property of every description, except land and things attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything which is attached to the earth.
भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 22 के अनुसार, चल सम्पत्ति शब्दों से यह आशयित है कि इनके अन्तर्गत हर भांति की मूर्त सम्पत्ति आती है, किन्तु भूमि और वे चीजें, जो भू-बद्ध हों या भू-बद्ध किसी चीज से स्थायी रूप से जकड़ी हुई हों, इनके अन्तर्गत नहीं आती।
