SECTION 3 IPC - Indian Penal Code - Punishment of offences committed beyond, but which by law may be tried within, India
According to section 3 of Indian penal code, Any person liable, by any Indian law, to be tried for an offence committed beyond India shall be dealt with according to the provisions of this Code for any act committed beyond India in the same manner as if such act had been committed within India.
भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 3 के अनुसार, भारत से परे किए गए अपराध के लिए जो कोई व्यक्ति किसी भारतीय विधि के अनुसार विचारण का पात्र हो, भारत से परे किए गए किसी कार्य के लिए उससे इस संहिता के उपबन्धों के अनुसार ऐसे निपटा जाएगा, मानो वह कार्य भारत के भीतर किया गया था।
