SECTION 39 IPC - Indian Penal Code - "Voluntarily"
According to section 39 of Indian penal code, A person is said to cause an effect ?voluntarily? when he causes it by means whereby he intended to cause it, or by means which, at the time of employing those means, he knew or had reason to believe to be likely to cause it.
भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 39 के अनुसार, कोई व्यक्ति किसी परिणाम को उन साधनों द्वारा कारित करता है, जिनके द्वारा उसे कारित करना उसका आशय था या उन साधनों द्वारा कारित करता है जिन साधनों को काम में लाते समय वह यह जानता था, या यह विश्वास करने का कारण रखता था कि उनसे उसका कारित होना संभाव्य है, “स्वेच्छया” कारित करना कहलाता है।
